Can i cancel appoinment one day before.
I saw in www.vfs-usa.co.in website ,have to cancel before two working days of appointment day.
If i cancel appointmentafter few days will i have to fill again DS156,157 forms for appointment.
In website they said cant cancel appointment 2 times.After 2 times cancelation have to wait 90 days with that hdfc barcode.
Before 90 days period can we fix new appoinment by paying agian into HDFC bank.Is this possible new appointment with new barcode.

I have my I140 approved under EB3 with the PD Aug'2003 with the employer A. Now I am planning to switch to employer B for filing Labor under EB2 category.

My question is Can I avail the PD i.e Aug'2003 got from the previous labor EB3 (i.s employer A) for the new EB2 labor with employer B.

My Exp: B.E + 8 Yrs of Progressive Exp.


Employer A:
labor : EB3 Approved PD AUG'2003
I140: Approved

Employer B:
labor: EB2 under process.

I would appreciate your reply, any attorneys pls.

Please submit contracts, statements of work, work orders, service agreements or letters from/with end-client firms requiring computer related services of the beneficiary. Evidence from other consultants or employment agencies not acceptable. The requested evidence should show specialty occupation work with the actual end-client company where the work will ultimately performed.

My company is big (250+) so why such?? if somebody had same RFE or any guidance or help regarding such matter is higly appreciated.

I filed my 485 on June 4th 2007 with NSC. It was transferred to TSC and received my Receipt notice. Now I am going to file my AP.

My question is where should I file my AP?. Do I need to file with NSC or TSC?.

Hi,

I am in the process of changing employers and the new employer applied for the H-1B transfer on 4/11 at California Service Center (CSC). I haven't received my receipt number yet. Just wanted to find out how long it takes now a days to issue a receipt number because of the new H-1B rush during the first week of April.

If anyone has applied for H-1B transfer at CSC after April 1st, please update your status here to help others in the same boat.

Also, my start date is May 19th. Is it safe to join the new employer based on proof of delivery to USCIS instead of waiting for the receipt #.
